An Enchanting Floral Cocktail

Your next Garden Party will require this bright and refreshing cocktail. Inspired by the old English countryside, the fragrant and citrus blend of the Earl Grey + Lavender Syrup gives you relaxing flavors that are sweet like afternoon tea.  

An homage to the Pisco Sour - there is the perfect balance of tartness that is steeped in the floral and traditional tastes of Lavender, Honey and Bergamot.

Glassware: Coupe Glass

INGREDIENTS:

​

2.0 oz. Earl Grey + Lavender Syrup

2.0 oz Pisco

0.5 oz. Italicus 

0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

​

1. Combine all ingredients with ice into a shaker. 

2. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is cold to touch. 

3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish: Lemon Twist.
