My bar is always stocked with Plantation Original Dark Rum just for the occasion. If you want a mind blowing tiki cocktail this is the rum for you. Another must have ingredients, the nectar of the tiki God's - Velvet Falernum.

Preparing your Lost at Sea :

Glassware: Tiki or Collins Glass

INGREDIENTS:
​
2.0 oz. Sugar + Spice Syrup
2.0 oz Aged Caribbean Rum
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1.0 oz. Velvet Falernum
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS:
​
1. Combine all ingredients with ice into a shaker.
2. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is cold to touch.
3. Strain into a tiki glass over fresh crushed ice.

Garnish: Grated Cinnamon and Mint Sprig
